ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Registration with B2C Club signifies your acknowledgment of and agreement to these terms and conditions.
Failure to accept these terms prohibits use of the B2C Club service and platform registration.
SERVICE USE
This service is exclusively for registered businesses, staff, and authorized personnel.
All service usage must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Access to the B2C Club platform requires registration and approval, contingent upon providing all required information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
By registering for and accessing our services, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable Account to use the service strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions. This Account is provided for use of this service within your business operations and does not permit resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any part of the service.
DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
We collect a variety of data to enhance our services and improve your experience. This includes comprehensive order history, detailed billing information, customer contact details, menu or product specifications, performance analytics, location data to better serve you, and records of staff activity. It's important to note that your business retains full ownership of all collected data, ensuring that you have control over your information at alltimes.
FEES AND CHARGES
Use of the Service may be subject to subscription fees, transaction-based fees, or both, depending on the plan or services selected.
Subscription Fee: This is a recurring charge that users pay to gain access to the service or certain premium features. The fee can be billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the chosen plan. Users are required to pay this fee in advance, ensuring that they have uninterrupted access to the service for the duration of their subscription period. Specific terms and conditions may apply, including cancellation policies and renewal processes.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
Taxes: Applicable taxes, such as GST, will be levied on the merchant as per government regulations.

Add-ons User & Branch Subscription Policy : Add-on branches do not include users.
Add-on users are subscribed under the primary plan regardless of the number of branches by paying the applicable per-user pricing.
The total subscribed user count is cumulative and can be shared across all branches.
Add-on branch pricing is reduced as branches do not include any users by default users are subscribed separately under the primary plan.
The chosen add-ons are contingent upon the primary plan's term, with associated discounts and cost reductions aligned with the selected primary plan and its specified duration.
This comparison is presented for informational purposes only, to assist in selecting the optimal plan for your business requirements.
Tax and Fee Information
All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, service fees, and any refundable deposits.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other taxes will be applied to applicable goods and services in compliance with regulatory requirements, including any associated charges or fees, as necessary.
Upgrading Plans
Subscribers of the Basic Primary Plan may upgrade to the Pro plan at any time by remitting the difference in cost, inclusive of any applicable discounts, taxes, or fees.
Downgrading Plans
Downgrades for annual plans are permitted within ten days of service activation, including any demo period.
For monthly plans, downgrades are effective for the subsequent month and must be processed prior to the automated payment for the upcoming renewal, provided auto-pay is enabled for the active plan and any add -ons.
SOFTWARE UPDATES
Software updates are essential for maintaining optimal functionality. Failure to install these updates may result in reduced functionality or complete loss of access.
Some updates will be installed automatically without notification or user interaction. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these automatic updates.
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
B2C Club requires continuous internet connectivity for proper operation. The user is solely responsible for all associated internet data costs.
Service interruptions due to internet issues are beyond our control.
RESTRICTIONS
Reverse engineering, redistribution, or disruption of the service is strictly prohibited.
TERMINATION
Violation of these terms may result in suspension of service access.
DISCLAIMERS
The service is provided as is, without any warranties.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The B2C Club platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including, but not limited to, payment processors, delivery services, and accounting software.
You acknowledge that your use of such third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, products, or services offered by such third parties.
You agree that B2C Club shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of third-party service providers.
